Website terms of use
Effective from 2 novembre 2026
These terms govern the use of the website 0-click.app (the “Site”), run by 0-click (zeroclick). 0-click is being launched: these terms cover the Site and the waitlist. By using the Site you accept them. Use of the 0-click app is governed by the app’s terms. If the Italian and English versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
1. What the Site offers
The Site presents 0-click and lets you join the waitlist. Descriptions of future features state the product’s goals and are not a commitment to provide them in a given way or by a given date.
2. Waitlist
- Joining is free and does not bind you or us to any contract.
- We ask for a valid email address that belongs to you; one sign-up per person.
- Invitations go out gradually: joining does not guarantee access or a date of access.
- You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by writing to privacy@0-click.app.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site unlawfully, try to access systems or data that are not yours, sign up other people’s addresses, use automated systems for bulk sign-ups or interfere with how the Site works.
4. Intellectual property
The 0-click name, logo, 3D model, texts and design of the Site belong to the Site’s operator or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the Site available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Site. The rights the law gives consumers are not limited by these terms.
6. Third-party sites and services
Waitlist addresses are stored with Clerk. Links to third-party sites lead to services with their own terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always on this page, with the date at the top.
8. Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction and you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
