0-click IT

Privacy and cookie notice

Effective from 2 novembre 2026

This notice covers the website 0-click.app (the “Site”) and is given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. The 0-click app has its own notice, available in the app. If the Italian and English versions differ, the Italian version prevails.

1. Controller

0-click (zeroclick). 0-click is a project being launched and is not a company yet; once it is, its details will appear here. For any privacy question: privacy@0-click.app.

2. What data we process and why

Browsing data

When you visit the Site, the servers hosting it automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to show you the Site, protect it from abuse and fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist you give us your email address through the Site’s form. We keep it on the 0-click app’s waitlist, run with our provider Clerk, and use it only to manage the waitlist and to write to you when you can get into 0-click. Legal basis: your request to join (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your email for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

Usage statistics (only with your consent)

If you accept in the banner, we measure how the Site is used: pages viewed, where visitors come from (referring site and campaign parameters), country, device type, which parts of the page are read and the steps towards joining the waitlist. We do not identify you, we do not record sessions and we do not link this data to your email address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Without consent this measurement does not start.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

4. Providers processing data on our behalf

These providers act as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) under their data processing agreements.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. To be removed from the waitlist and have your address deleted, or for any other request, write to privacy@0-click.app from the address you signed up with. More details on Your rights (GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
