Your rights (GDPR)
Effective from 2 novembre 2026
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) gives you rights over the personal data the 0-click website processes (see the privacy and cookie notice). You can exercise them free of charge.
Your rights
- Access (Art. 15): find out whether we process data about you and get a copy.
- Rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate data, for example a wrong email.
- Erasure (Art. 17): be removed from the waitlist and have your data deleted.
- Restriction (Art. 18): ask that the data only be stored, for example while we check a request of yours.
- Portability (Art. 20): receive the data you gave us in a readable format.
- Objection (Art. 21): object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent (Art. 7(3)): at any time, from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful.
How to exercise them
Write to privacy@0-click.app with your request and the email address you signed up with. To protect your data we may ask you to confirm the address is yours. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests, and we tell you if we need the extension.
Complaints
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
